This card was released in the Plasma Storm Three Pack Blisters in February 2013. In Japan, it was released as one of the BW-P Promotional cards in a ten card random pack released during the June 2012 Gym Challenge.

Trivia

The only Mareep and Flaaffy cards available went out of rotation during the 2014-15 Modified format, making this card an orphaned card.

Origin

Random Spark is an attack that first appeared on Magnemite from EX Dragon. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Black and White. Dragonspiral Tower is featured in the illustration.
