Battle Armor (Japanese: カブトアーマー Kabuto Armor) is an Ability introduced in Generation III.
Effect
In battle
Battle Armor prevents the Pokémon from receiving a critical hit, even from moves that normally always land one, namely Frost Breath, Storm Throw, Wicked Blow, Surging Strikes, Flower Trick, and any move boosted by Merciless (if the Pokémon is poisoned) or Laser Focus.
Outside of battle
Battle Armor has no effect outside of battle.
