The Damp Mulch (Japanese: じめじめこやし Wet Fertilizer) is a type of item introduced in Generation IV. It is a type of Mulch used to make Berry plants dry out their soil more slowly.
In the core series games
Price
In Pokémon Black 2 and White 2, the Damp Mulch can be sold to the mulch maniac in Mistralton City for $1000.
Effect
Generation IV
Makes soil dry out 50% slower, but causes growth time of a Berry plant to be 150% of usual.
Generation V onward
The Damp Mulch serves no practical purpose other than to be sold.
