Embody Aspect (Ability)

Embody Aspect (Japanese: おもかげやどし Bearing Visage) is an Ability introduced during Generation IX, in The Teal Mask. It is the signature Ability of Terastallized Ogerpon, and has a different effect depending on Ogerpon's form.

Effect

In battle

	This Ability effect may be in need of research. Reason: Check for other moves/Abilities that can or cannot copy/replace/suppress this Ability. Usual suspects: Simple Beam, Role Play, Entrainment, Trace, Receiver/Power of Alchemy, Lingering Aroma/Mummy. You can discuss this on the talk page.

Upon Terastallizing, Ogerpon's Ability will change to Embody Aspect, and one of its stats is raised by one stage, depending on the mask:

• Teal Mask: Speed
• Wellspring Mask: Sp. Def
• Hearthflame Mask: Attack
• Cornerstone Mask: Defense

Outside of battle

Embody Aspect has no effect outside of battle.

• Embody Aspect and Teraform Zero are the only Abilities that are acquired through Terastallization.
  • In addition, Embody Aspect is the only Ability that cannot be registered in Pokémon HOME.
