Flinch Hitter (Japanese: 相手怯み時Ｂ技威力↑ Buddy Move Power Boost When Opponent is Flinching) is a skill in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the user's Pokémon attacks an opponent that is flinching, the power of its sync move is boosted by 10% per rank of this skill. Currently, only Flinch Hitter 5 is available on scoutable sync pairs, so the power of their sync moves are boosted by 50%.
