Full-Bracing P-Move (Japanese: Ｐ技後防御特防アップ Defense and Special Defense Boost After Pokémon Uses Move) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the Pokémon uses a move successfully, it has a chance of raising its Defense and Sp. Def by one stat rank each. This skill can range from Full-Bracing P-Move 1 to Full-Bracing P-Move 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a greater chance of activation. Full-Bracing P-Move 9 will always raise the Pokémon's Defense and Sp. Def. Currently, only Full-Bracing P-Move 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The effect applies to all of the Pokémon's moves—including attack moves, status moves, and 
buddy moves—but not sync moves or 
max moves.
