Mind Afflicter (Japanese: Ｐ変化技後特攻↓Ｇ Group Special Attack Reduction After Pokémon Uses Status Move) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the Pokémon successfully uses a status move, the user has a chance of lowering the Sp. Atk of all opposing sync pairs by one stat rank. The skill can range from Mind Afflicter 1 to Mind Afflicter 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of lowering the opponents' Sp. Atk. Mind Afflicter 9 will always lower the opponents' Sp. Atk. Currently, only Mind Afflicter 4 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
