Mitsuru Ogata

Mitsuru Ogata (Japanese: 小形満 Ogata Mitsuru) is a Japanese voice actor for Pokémon the Series and Pokémon Horizons: The Series. He was born on March 24, 1961 in Aomori Prefecture, Japan.
