Pack point
Pack points (Japanese: パック開封ポイント pack opening points) are a currency in Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket. The player receives pack points for a specific expansion by opening booster packs from that expansion. Pack points can be spent to obtain cards from the expansion that they are obtained from.
Mechanics
When the player opens a booster pack using pack stamina, they receive 5 pack points for that expansion. Opening booster packs through other means (e.g. opening booster packs from Gifts) does not award pack points.
Pack points are separated by expansion. Opening a booster pack earns pack points that can only be spent to obtain cards from that expansion. The player can have up to 2500 pack points for each expansion at a time. If the availability period for a given expansion ends (which has not yet happened for any expansion), it will no longer be possible to exchange its pack points.
All cards in an expansion can be obtained with pack points, with the exception of cards which are not available in booster packs (such as Mew in Genetic Apex). Pack points can be exchanged for cards depending on the card's rarity, at the rates listed below.
