Pocket Sand (Japanese: 砂嵐時攻撃時命中率↓ Accuracy Reduction During Attack in Sandstorm) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on the target while a sandstorm is the active weather condition on the field of play, it has a chance of lowering the target's accuracy by one stat rank. The skill can range from Pocket Sand 1 to Pocket Sand 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of lowering the target's accuracy. Pocket Sand 9 will always lower the target's accuracy. Currently, only Pocket Sand 4 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's usual attack moves, including 
buddy moves, but not sync moves or 
max moves.
