Power Hold (Japanese: 相手交代禁止時Ｐ技Ｂ技威力↑ Pokémon Move and Buddy Move Power Boost When Opponent is Restrained) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the user's Pokémon uses an attack move or a sync move on an opponent that is restrained, the power of the move is boosted by 10% per rank of this skill. This applies to 
buddy moves, but not 
max moves. Currently, only Power Hold 3 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
