Shinya Fukumatsu

Shinya Fukumatsu (Japanese: ふくまつ進紗 Fukumatsu Shinya) is a Japanese voice actor for Pokémon the Series.

Biography

Fukumatsu was born on November 30, 1958, in what was once Tokyo Prefecture, Japan. He started work on the animated series with Pokémon the Series: Black & White as character of the day Dr. Ferrara, before gaining his first notable role during Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon as Lillie's butler Hobbes. Fukumatsu is currently affiliated with Mausu Promotion.
