Tonji Matsuno (Japanese: 松野トンジ Matsuno Tonji) is an illustrator who has contributed artwork to the Pokémon Trading Card Game. Thus far, Tonji Matsuno has illustrated 19 cards, the first of which was Frogadier from the Obsidian Flames expansion.
