Water (TCG)

The Water type (Japanese: (みず) Water) is one of the eleven TCG types. It is represented by the color blue, and symbolized by a water droplet.

The Water type contains most Water- and Ice-type Pokémon found in the main series video games. For example, Blastoise, Articuno, and Piloswine are all Water types in the TCG.

The corresponding Basic Energy card is Basic Water Energy. Where the Water symbol appears in an attack cost, it indicates that a Water Energy must be attached to the Pokémon in order for the Pokémon to use that attack.
