Alex Tsai (Chinese: 蔡正元; pinyin: Cài Zhèngyuán; born 25 December 1953) is a Taiwanese politician and a member of the Kuomintang. He served as a legislator from 2008 to 2016. He was one of the 3rd members of the National Assembly.
Education
After graduating from National Taiwan Normal University with a bachelor's degree in education, Tsai earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from National Chengchi University. He then completed advanced studies in the United States, earning a master's degree from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.[1][2]
