Lowlak-e Kaslian (Persian: لولاك كسليان, also Romanized as Lowlāk-e Kaslīān, Lūlak-e Keseleyān, and Lūlak-e Keselīān)[1] is a village in Kaseliyan Rural District, in Zirab District of Savadkuh County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2016 census, its population was 295, in 100 families.[2] Up from 211 people in 2006.[3]
