Owz (Persian: اوز, also Romanized as Ūz)[1] is a village in Owzrud Rural District, Baladeh District, Nur County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 185, in 70 families.[2] Up from 149 in 2006.[3]
