The 1976 Paris–Roubaix was the 74th edition of the Paris–Roubaix, a classic one-day cycle race in France. The single day event was held on 11 April and stretched 270.5 km (168 mi) from Chantilly to the finish at Roubaix Velodrome.[1] The winner was Marc Demeyer from Belgium.[2] The event was chronicled in Danish documentary filmmaker Jørgen Leth’s A Sunday in Hell [3]
