German School Shanghai Hongqiao and French School of Shanghai EuroCampusGerman School Shanghai Yangpu EuroCampus
The German School Shanghai (German: Deutsche Schule Shanghai, DSSH) is a private school in Shanghai, with locations in Hongqiao (DSSH)[1] and Yangpu (DSSY).[2]
The German School Shanghai and the French School of Shanghai (LFS) built a new combined Eurocampus for their students in Hongqiao, completed in 2005.
In September 2007 the Pudong Campus was opened, which is a branch of the DSS. In January 2020 the Pudong school community moved to a newbuilt Campus in Yangpu, the second Eurocampus in Shanghai.
This does not include schools in Turkey, nor does it include schools in the former Soviet Union †Schmidt's is within East Jerusalem, controlled by Israel and claimed by the Palestinian Authority. Schools marked with asterisks (*) do not appear on the ZfA list of German schools.
Several other schools in China have German students' sections in addition to the German schools in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Changchun: They are: British School of Beijing, Léman International School Chengdu, Utahloy International School Guangzhou, Nanjing International School, the Liaoning Shenyang Northeast Yucai School German section, and Suzhou Singapore International School The Central Agency for German Schools Abroad (ZfA) does not include these schools in its list of schools in Mainland China.
