Mega Nidothing's Mega Mega! Mega Evolution (Japanese: メガぐるみんの「メガメガ!メガシンカ」Mega Gurumin's "Mega Mega! Mega Evolution") is a series of animated shorts focusing on topics of Mega Evolution that were shown at the end of each episode, hosted by Nidothing. The segment was debuted in HZ090, replacing Professor Friede's Pokémon Seminar. Following the initial Japanese airing of the episode, the segments are later uploaded to the official Japanese Pokémon animated series Twitter account. The short begins with Nidothing discussing a Mega-Evolved Pokémon, and it usually concludes with that Pokémon attacking Nidothing.

    • Quaxwell's head crest
    • Two halves of a sandwich attached to her waist
      • Tinkatink's hammer stuck to the top bun as a sandwich pick
    • A plate of curry and rice scarf around the neck
    • Donuts on the right ear with a fake Mega Stone inside one of them
    • A Rotom Phone with Nidothing's face on the left ear
